1. Before operation, it is strongly recommended that the operator take safety precautions to reduce the probability of work-related injuries to zero. Please combine safety precautions.

2. Check if the machine's operating voltage is 220VAC and there are no significant fluctuations.

3. Check the remaining amount of glue in the glue bucket. If it is less than three tenths full, please add it to within eight tenths full, and do not exceed eight tenths full.

4. Check if the temperature of the glue bucket is set at around 170 ℃ and the nozzle temperature is set at around 180 ℃. (Note: Taking pressure-sensitive adhesive as an example, different adhesives have different melting points. Please refer to the data provided by the hot melt adhesive supplier for specific setting values.)

5. Check if the gas supply system is dry and if the air pressure is stable.
